Tami’s first trip to the big island was in 1995 for her honeymoon. She and her spouse loved it so much that they moved to the big island 3 years later! She has lived in Kona, Hilo, and finally settled in Waimea and they purchased their first home together there in 2001. Due to their home purchase, she became a licensed realtor in June, 2001. She and her spouse then built the first (and only) LEED Platinum home in Waimea in 2011.
She has always been interested in real estate and purchased her first property at 24 years old. She has also purchased investment property in CA and continues to look through real estate magazines wherever she visits as she loves to travel and is always curious.
Being multiracial, Tami is familiar with different cultures and customs. She is also hardworking and efficient. She always does her best in every situation with integrity and honesty. She prides herself on being helpful and appreciates working with clients to find their dream property.
